As you know we have been looking at land and we had found some land that we wanted to purchase for City of Refuge. We had spoken with the land owner before going to Canada. He was willing to sell the land and he had even dropped the price a bit. At the time we were not ready to buy land we had only started negotiating by faith.

Well faith is powerful and we now have the money to ask for 1 manzana (1.68 acres). This will allow us to get the project started and be able to buy land later on down the road.

On Sunday we had some pastor friends from El Salvador come to visit us. We decided to show them the land and asked them to come with us and pray for it before we make the final negotiations. We went and prayed and scoped out the land and more and more we feel like that is the land that God has given to us.

Within the next little while we will be going to make some negotiations. Please pray for us as we do this. They are asking for $11,000 CAN each manzana. The more the owner drops the more money we have to start building a house for the men.
