School has started this week, and things are back into routine. The first day was very exciting, all the children were ready to meet their teachers, and make new friends. The started the day off with an assembly of praise and worship, a word of encouragement, and introductions from all the teachers. The school provided a snack for recess and the children played some games, and got acquainted with their teachers. We are very blessed to have our children attend Joshua's Generation school that is a private christian school. Thank you to all of you who give towards sponsoring our children, for this enables them to study and receive a good quality christian education.

Jessica, who has been apart of this home since the beginning, has decided to return to her family. This decision came very suddenly as she had been spending some time with them during vacation time.She showed up last Friday with her brother Jose, and said she changed her mind and had decided to leave Casa Esperanza, to live with her family. We were all in shock at first, and after discussing this with her found that her mind was made up. We told her to keep praying about this, and if she changed her mind she would be welcomed back. We know that the Lord has his hand upon Jessica and that He has big plans for her. Now this is the time that we as her extended family continue to pray for her, to stand in the gap on her behalf, and trust the Lord with her life. We truely feel she is being decieved, and that the truth of the powerful word of the Lord will prevail. His word does not return void, but accomplishes everything it was sent out to do. So we stand on his word trusting and believing the Lord for all His promises for Jessica. Please pray with us...With the Lord everything is Possible because, Greater is He that is in us then he that is in the world... AMEN...
