Digging the foundations for the Medical Clinic

The medical clinic is the first building being constructed by "Friends of Sudan" and Fe Viva World Missions in Wanyjok, Aweil; this area presently has only two doctors, one run down, poorly stocked hospital and a population of over 700,000 people.

There is no machinery, so all of the work developing the entire compound will be done by hand, from digging the foundations of every building to making most of the bricks used in the actual construction of the buildings.
